Enrolment

My College welcomes enquiries for enrolment for Prep to Grade 6. 

Currently, the school is only accepting Applications for Enrolment via email. Should you wish to submit an Application for Enrolment, please download our Application form and forward to our Admissions team at admin@mycollege.vic.edu.au

Step 1: Completing an Application

  • Completed Application for Enrolment Form, must be signed by both parents/guardians

  • Copies of the student’s school reports/kindergarten report

  • Verified copy of birth certificate

  • NAPLAN results

  • Pay the Application Fee

We encourage you to submit an Application as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

Step 2: Assessment of Application

Students may be required to complete academic assessment.  New parents of the applicant will be required to attend an interview.

Step 3: Offer of a Place

If the student’s application is successful, My College will forward a Letter of Offer and Confirmation of Enrolment form to the family.

Step 4: Accepting the Offer

To accept the offer of a place at My College the following must be submitted to the School:

  • Confirmation of Enrolment form including Medical Data section to be completed and signed by both parents

  • Provide an Immunisation History Statement

  • Complete and sign the Enrolment Policy

  • Pay the advanced School Fees and Fee
